Liberating Structures: Stories from the Field
Unleash Collaboration

What if your meetings, workshops, and team sessions could actually unleash the best in everyone?
Most organisations rely on the same tiresome formats – one-way presentations, managed discussions, and brainstorming sessions that leave the majority of voices unheard. The result is disengagement, wasted talent, and change initiatives that never stick.
This book shows you a better way!
Drawing on the real-world experiences of 39 practitioners across 5 continents, this book brings the global Liberating Structures movement to life through compelling, practical stories from the field. From healthcare and education to tech startups, NGOs, and corporate strategy, you’ll see exactly how these simple yet powerful interaction methods transform the way teams collaborate — and how you can apply them straight away.
Foreword contributions from Liberating Structures founders Keith McCandless and Henri Lipmanowicz.
